    Charlie,

    I was just wondering………….when you say lat stretch in cage, does cage refer to one of those True Stretch stations as was depicted in your recent entry on the T4TG Seminar?

    Lou – That’s correct. The True Stretch station is the Cage. I am rooting with one hand, trying to pull down into a pack, and then using my other arm to drive rotation or upper cut to get a good stretch on the rooted side. This is a program that John G from T4TG specifically wrote up for me.
