–Not much improvement in left shoulder from Friday. Lighter weights made for some less frustration. Worked on staying packed and pinched in scaps. Won’t bench again for a week with this week’s schedule. I feel like there is a typhoon behind an elf door, and when the elf door finally opens, my bench will be sick.
