Charlie, what are Vleemings on Foam roller? I’m assuming you’re refering to Andry Vleeming, the European low-back/Pelvicigirdle pain researcher?

Yes, this is the same Vleeming. This technique is lying supine in a foam roller and marching. Dr. Liebenson has published this in the self-exercises in Bodyworks.
