Charlie,

This question applies to something I have seen in previous entries about your training (I figured putting this on your most recent post made more sense than burying it in an older post).

When you list “ab roller”, is this the same as ab wheel roll-outs focusing on anti-extension or is it referring to something entirely different? Just curious since I know that in some instances slight differences in nomenclature don;t mean anything, whereas in other cases a variation may indicate an entirely different movement.

Also, let me pass along my thanks for sharing the content that you do. Stopping by you site is a great reminder to me of how the absolute best at what they do are oftentimes the most humble and generous ones, too.

Bob – I have been misnaming the Ab Roller. It is the Ab Dolly.

I use the Dolly instead of the wheel since I can work on shoulder ER using the side handles. This is just an anti-extension choice that I was calling the wrong thing.

Thank you for the good words, and it is a privelege to be able to help.
