Charlie,

When performing the 3 sets of the KB Bottoms-up Press with a split stance, do you alternate the lead leg between sets or just keep the same leg in front across all sets?

Diego – I did every set 5 with right lead, 5 with left lead. The pressing arm was always same as back leg side.
