Charlie,when you refer to Toe Pulls, are you talink about the Toe Pulls that Z-health teaches?

A more specific version is to hit the same target, but leave the foot flat. This is more specific to almost everything since we don’t walk on the tops of our feet! I can send you a vid if you are interested.
