–Cut off the 2nd set as I felt I was dropping into a JM technique
BWx5, +25# chain on neck 2×4, +50# chain on neck x2
24 kg 3′ 54 reps
–Rested about 30s after 38reps (10/10+9/9), then said goodbye to Tom after 8 reps. Maybe 2 min of work.
–Feeling very strong and solid with the DD 24kg.
Charlie, I would imagine that the 5 min snatch test is not overly challenging for you.
