–Life has been difficult the last several months as seen by my lack of training. Pushing through that wall @ 60 reps I think is really suffering. I feel like how I explained to Jimmy Yuan today that my 400 cardio is nice, but the 1600 cardio is not there. For the 60 reps, the KB felt light, and the reps were smooth.
–Been trying to put together lots of good advice from all the heavy hitters. What has made the most sense so far in some changes was not getting out so fast in the first 10/10 and not taking more rest than necessary to prevent apical breathing.
–One thing I am counting on is the DD bell feeling a lot cleaner than the Ader bell that I have been training with.
