–Dude, I’m in the ballpark now.  I went 10-10-10-10-rest-10-rest-10-too long rest-5-5-5-5-5-8.  Still resting too long.
–The confidence that this bred is really nice.  This made my day, but I’m not done.

–The grip thing on the Keiser rack is just so awful.  There is absolutely nothing I like about those racks.
