Warmup: Foot MFR, Toe Pulls, Frog Squats, Indian Clubs – Natural 1&2 Clubs, Prep+Movements 1&2

Good Morning (TPB, Belt, Chuck’s)

–Felt tight up top and bottom.  Didn’t feel like I was getting back into my hamstrings.  Nothing felt right with these reps even warming up.

GHR / Neutral Grip Pull-Ups / Armbar+Quarter Getup
BW 3×10
–Hammer Strength GHR is a joke.
BWx5, 2×8
24kg 3×3+2/3+2
–Shoulder and chest really loosened up with the Armbars,  and the Pull-Ups were rolling on sets 2 and 3.

What don’t you like about the Hammer GHR? What model have you tried that you liked the best?

No matter how I adjusted it, every rep was simple, and I couldn’t drive me knees straight into the pad.
The best GHR I have used is UCS, and the Elite ones are the ones I’ve used the most.
