–Went up pretty easily once I broke the floor. I have a video, but it’s too large to download into WordPress.
–After the last 2 weeks of Wednesdays, I expected to try to go big with whatever we did today. I might have had another 70-100# in this lift today.
–Tom also got 505 at I’m sure no more than low 170s. Amazing.
