–I have few words to describe this challenge. Completely a different kind of strong and the ultimate demand is to ground into the floor and push away.
–Also can not lock out the lift at the top, or the KBs will go into seizure, so you cut the lift off a little at the top. And that leaves constant tension on the leg.
