Trying to integrate Joel Jamieson’s aerobic training programs, and this was close to Cardiac Output Training in intensity and duration, but it has rest/intervals.
Matt and I talked about this after the class, and it was fun to talk about. Chapter 3 in Joel’s book is more practical information that a lot of things I’ve read recently. You can probably skip all the theory, and just do the programs he suggests.
