–Felt like I was cutting with 485, but Tom said I was good.
–505 was heavy, and I was definitely cutting them.
–The Spider Bar has always been the bar that I can load up the most.
GHR (Elite Floor GHR)
a bunch of 4s and 5s
–The floor model is definitely @ a decline. First couple sets I used a push-up assistance on the down and up. By the end, I could do the down, but I could not get back up without a little push and/or lousy arch.
