–9 was blocked off, so I got there way late
Bench Press (Bamboo Bar, index on the ring)
5×10 up to Bar+203 (5 bells)
–last couple reps of 4 and 5 were tough
–first time going wider than pinky on the ring; felt like my arms were 2″ when in fact I am +2/5″ wingpspan in case anyone was wondering.
