–Squat days are getting to be like the good ol’ days.
Warmup: Foot MFR, Toe Pulls
–Got a late start getting out since I wanted to watch more of The Rise and Fall of WCW on Netflix. Just got on the DomFon Marathon suit and took a whole bunch of empy bar warmups.
Box Squat (Yoke Bar, DomFon Marathon, Chuck’s, Rehbands that do nothing)

–1st triple was disgusting. 3 different positions, all crazy.
–Raised the monolift and nailed the triple much more comfortably.

–Got out from the bar, and I was like it’s been so many years since I’ve had big gear or knee wraps on. I have no idea how strong I am or if this is even a strong lift for me. I am going to be gearing up with this nothing gear for a triple with 500+. It’s been about a year and a half since I’ve been there.

–Went for 3. AGAIN. 4. AGAIN. 5. I felt strong.
–Dominic Fonio’s Marathon is only tight around the thighs. It provides very little – not nothing – in the hole.
–And unless otherwise noted, box squats are always below parallel.
