–so it’s confirmed that 1 mini = 2 micro

–started to get too slow for Ty and I

–This one was funny. It flew to whenever the bands hit, and it was like a wall. It didn’t go down the other way; it just stayed there. I guess it would have been around 600-625 at the top.
–It took Matt about 4 reps to settle into an easy and smooth, fast lift. Took Nick like 5 or 6. His DL looked a world different.
