–545 supposedly left the floor, but this is a huge disappointment that I did not get this. HUGE. Yeah, we had a big ME the day before, and I didn’t really back off on Tuesday with the Buffalo Bar, but I feel like I should get 550+ whenever I try.
–I’ve never pulled more than maybe 575 with the Okie Bar. I think my slowness off the floor leaves the bar to bend so much before it whips off. Time to order the Texas Deadlift Bar where I have gotten all my 600+ pulls.
GHR (Partial, Elite portable) / Landmine

–Basically no shot to do a full legit GHR on this Elite model. I got up to maybe 30 degrees, 40 degrees max.
