–Finally opened my HyperWear Pro vest, which is without a doubt the best weight vest I have ever seen.
–It came unloaded @ 10#, and I have another 20# to load into it.  Your arms are totally unencumbered, and you can do pullups without the shoulders feeling pinched or constricted.
