–Should have gone again looking back, just take longer rest. I’ll be looking to go over 6 at least at the top for the next several workouts. It’s time.
–Excited to have bigger gear on for the first time in several years. The 44s slid up with slippers and one wedgy tug. I can get past parallel with bodyweight, but there is strong support.
Double Arm Swing + Double Arm Clean to Squat / Batwing

–Took some coaching from Tom and Matt on dropping/throwing the bells down from the rack. I don’t throw them out like a lot of people do, but the swing after the squat just didn’t feel strong.
–A lot of my double arm feel is off based on not being able to carry to bells with my hands touching and elbows pointed down.
