–This ain’t half bad for me after some recent efforts.
–I always use pushing down into the bench and floor when I pause the bench.
–So is that an Internal or an External Focus?

–Going to 25 is a ludicrous lift.

–With Scap and Cubos doing magic on my left shoulder, I feel like I could be getting over the bar with some focused work to my lats.
Conditioning (Neutral Double Waves)

–The 10 was described as “you should feel like you’re going to die.”
–There is video of me that may be disseminated at a later date.
Big time workout from everybody. Everybody was in the green……..maybe we’ll actually measure it one day.
