–Should have just gone for 20
–Overall, I wanted to go for a big single 345+, but I didn’t feel good warming up.  In going for 3s, 275 and 295 felt really good, so I rerouted to 325.  Didn’t work out.  I will try again next Friday and go very easy Monday.  I’ll be travelling Wednesday and getting in late Thursday night, but we’ll see what I can do next Monday for a big one. 
–Big efforts out of Frank, John, and Jeff.  If they are serious, they can all put 30-50 pounds on their bench in the next couple months.
