–Shocked at how strong I felt, which wasn’t absurdly strong, but much better considering red eye, miserable yesterday, and not great waking up this morning.
–Matt looks great doing GMs as usual.
–David looked incredible box squatting. Best I’ve seen in 4-5 years. He and Tom squat later in the day usually, so whatever they are doing works. Great wide stance, great technique, just above parallel. Got up to 2 wheels + the chains.
