Pushdowns (Fat Grips) / GHR / Hanging Leg Raises (long arms, long legs)
40 4×40

BWx3, +10kg x5, x3
–+10kg on my belly during the GHR is a huge effort

BW 3x a whole bunch
–Can’t look good getting toes to bar; looking good getting to about 3″ from bar 
–Not sure how much longer I am going to try this square peg, round hole
