What about double presses? More worth your time?

Yes, I.enjoy double presses as I can tension off my dysfunction and stiffness.
I can’t believe I just said that.
But I am honest.

The drawback is that I meet my maker quickly as I am much stronger than my shoulder joints allow for me to express overhead.
