DL (Okie Bar, JS Platform, Belt, Barefoot)
–<60s rest each rep
–Probably 6-7 reps were as fast as 135. Lazy setup got me out in front of 7 and 9 as I recall.
Back Squat (TPB, No-No-No)
–20 reps of anything is a lot
–After Recert, gameplan is to go 335 for 20 among other things. I have done it for 17 in the past.
