Warmup: Foot MFR, Toe Pulls, Frog Squats
Box Squat (Buffalo Bar, 44 ACE Briefs, Rehbands, Chucks, Belt)

–To put the ACE in perspective, when I first got them many years ago, I could have a conversation with 595 about half way down. Now I can do a goblet squat with no load and pry out. So I’m not at all saying they don’t help, but this is not like me and my old R2D2 briefs going for 8 and 9 wheels a few years ago.
–Will add 30# maybe on the 5 and 4 next week and then start with the 6 wheels with the high box.
–Matt got 3 wheels which is huge for him, and Rob is really figuring out the box squat.
Free Squat (Buffalo Bar)
–2nd set with knee wraps. First time having them on in maybe 3 years. Was scared to keep going on the 2nd set as I felt bionic and wasn’t really pushing hard. Felt like I could just bounce up and down forever.
–Will work up to 325 on the UCLA bar for 20+ soon. Maybe sooner than later.
