Great vlog, thank you for sharing.
– Do you give external or internal cues when someone is pushing the limits, and fatigue has accumulated, when they are gassed?

– One of the main reasons I give cues is to increase output, so motor task can be achieved more easily. Is the motor task the goal here (calories burned in allocated time) or is it physiological changes?

I’d probably try to use whatever cue worked when they are gased.

I don’t quite understand the 2nd part of your question. The goal can always be anything.
