I hope the meeting went well! I always prefer thoughts of smart people than science from not that smart people even with my MSc. Thank you for the video!

You’ve touched many great things but one (insignificant for you probably) got me with an “aha” moment. I can’t understand how I have never seen a rotary stability in RFE split squat while I have seen rotation during the RFE way too many times. So could it be that sometimes only by training the mid-section (specifically anti-rotation) the rotation during the exercise might disappear?

p.s. I was happy to found this post after I have purchased the FMS1 online. This show I am on “right” way. 🙂
