Biomechanics: Don’t Lie. Don’t Always Tell the Whole Story.

Before we look at measuring something that has significant output, we should be very keen to look at, “Can joints get into the best biomechanical position in the first place?”  

A great performance appraisal should be accompanied by some kind of companion evaluation of what joints are capable of doing.
