I want to talk about a series of tweets from a couple weeks ago that got a lot of engagement and commentary from what I initiated.
Never before have I considered using methods and exercises that 7-10 years ago, I would have demonized.

My message here isn’t going to be to train on machines, but if they don’t negatively affect how you move, and they fit into a long-term training approach…
I don’t think I’d demonize machines as I once did.
In no way are they the better option, but they ARE useful.
