Keir Wenham-Flatt is a rugby strength and conditioning coach with many years of experience of working with rugby players from all levels of both codes of the game, from the grass roots all the way up to international test matches. Keir has worked with teams on 4 different continents, some of which include:
- Toshiba Brave Lupus
- Sydney Roosters (Rugby league, NRL)
- Los Pumas, Argentina (including a 4th place finish at the 2015 rugby world cup)
- Rotherham Titans
- Shandong Province 7s (2013 China Games National Champions)
- London Wasps
- London Scottish
Keir is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning and a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science, qualified in Functional Movement Screening, Olympic lifting and completed levels 1 and 2 of the Athletes Performance international mentorship.
