Ways to Maintain High Levels of Mass & High Levels of Fitness

A topic to discuss here is very simply going to be bracketed around how much an athlete weighs.

I think there is an argument that an athlete should weigh as much as they possibly can, as long as they are still who they are.

I don’t think it’s a big issue, particularly if you don’t lose fitness.

At the end of the day, there are ways to maintain high levels of mass and high levels of fitness.
