I have been on the road for most of the past two weeks, but I’ve gotten a lot of messages on “how do you measure recovery?”
One of them I put on stories where someone asked about using resting heart rate as a measure of recovery.
That would fall into the next category which I’ll do with the whiteboard next week when I get back home.
But ultimately, it’s a very interesting question because it really triggers a series of more questions.
