This morning, I was reading a thesis paper from a student, and it was looking at the utility of the short recovery and stress survey, which is a subjective questionnaire as it relates to weightlifting.
It got me to think that a few weeks ago, I had done a private Q&A relating to the Elite Performer Program.
And one of the questions was, “How do you look at recovery?”
Most important thing to appreciate about recovery is “What do you do about it?”
There’s something you can do for general and athletic populations.
