Uptraining Compensatory Patterns

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IbILgFOndswI found over the last several months, certain situations have demanded a very quick and less than ideal return to play at a fairly high level of activity that has really forced me to collect a lot of thoughts. The reality is, is when somebody has a significant acute injury, regardless of how it happened, contact or non-contact, there's still things that that can be done. But in most circumstances, we're not going to get back in five days, as there's no drill that's going to automatically make all of this go away to a point that is satisfactory for high level of activity. Now, I'd like to think that with the right attention, we can get to that endpoint quicker than other models that maybe are less diligent, not bad, just less diligent and really trying to minimize gaps.In this video, I discuss what is it that leads to reinjury, how do we juggle this, and what we can do with lots of different options.
