His vision was to create an environment that brought the technical and scientific world of performance training together with the supportive and motivational environments and coaching relationships of top personal trainers.Prior to opening Coastal, Brendan pitched for Stetson University and was a member of 3 NCAA Division 1 Regional squads, earning a BBA in E-Business Technology along the way. Prior to his fitness career, he was a golf professional in the private club industry as well as competing on several mini-tours and on the World Long Drive circuit.Since opening the facility, Brendan Hayden has worked with numerous professional athletes and provided on-site training services with players on the PGA Tour.
