A full-scope evaluation and treatment process that blends medical assessment, performance coaching, and movement interpretation to help you train, recover, and perform at a higher level.
Charlie integrates medical evaluation, performance principles, and movement interpretation into one process. Every session is built around what your joints show, how your symptoms behave, and how your system responds under load. This approach supports patients working through pain, athletes returning to sport, and professionals seeking clarity on complex cases.
Whether your goal is recovery, improved movement, or better training outcomes, your plan comes from what your body demonstrates in real time.
In-person sessions are offered in:
• New York City, NY
• West Palm Beach, FL
• Los Angeles, CA
• Connecticut
• Select regional travel appointments
Remote consultations are available for individuals and professionals outside those regions.
Evaluation across positions, joint behavior, flexion and extension tolerance, rotation, and multi-planar demands.
Manual therapy, dry needling, and soft tissue work are used when they help your body access better position, pressure, and control.
Movement, strength work, and capacity-building strategies shaped by your findings. The goal is to help you keep training rather than pause training.
Charlie coordinates with your coach, therapist, surgeon, or medical providers when needed, so everyone works toward the same outcome.
While Charlie leads the clinical model, he is supported by a trusted colleague who treats patients using the same principles and evaluation process.
Kyle is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Board Certified Sports Medicine Specialist, and an apprentice of Charlie’s T=R model. He provides medical and fitness-based services in SoHo, Manhattan, using the same evaluation structure, communication approach, and training-informed treatment that defines Charlie’s work.
Kyle is licensed in New York and New Jersey and sees patients of all backgrounds, including active adults, performers, and athletes. His approach includes full-body assessment, manual therapy, dry needling, corrective strategies, and guidance that keeps patients training when appropriate.
Patients who cannot schedule with Charlie directly or who prefer a New York City location may be seen by Kyle.
