Founded By Charlie Weingroff
TRAINING = REHAB™ (T=R™) is the model Charlie uses to link rehab, training, and performance through a unified decision-making process and common language. The digital products in the T=R+ Streaming Platform capture this model in action and show how principles shape movement evaluation, interpretation, and practical training decisions.
Where the system began. Joint by Joint Theory, Core Pendulum Theory, Janda, movement evaluation, and corrective progressions across six discs.
Updates to Charlie’s thinking, plus developmental kinesiology, joint centration, crawling and rolling, and the full model of Lateralizations & Regressions.
Motor skill acquisition, triplanar movement, Concurrent/Conjugate/Anti-

The T=R™ model was introduced in 2009 and has since become one of the most widely cited frameworks in the rehabilitation and performance domains. Its purpose is simple:
give clinicians, coaches, trainers, and enthusiasts a shared structure for understanding movement and making decisions.
Across the digital library, you will learn the principles that drive the model, including:
Every seminar teaches a different part of the model, so you can apply the reasoning, not memorize methods.
Across the full set of seminars, you will study principles such as:
Each product teaches a different part of the model so you can apply the reasoning in your own setting.
The T=R+ Streaming Platform supports professionals and enthusiasts in all settings.
Ultimately, you can start with any product; each one stands alone.
If you want, you can think of T=R1, T=R2, and T=R3 as the core products and the rest as force multipliers.

A new course applying the T=R™ model to the foundation of movement
Actively filming. Releasing 2026.
The foot influences rotation, stability, force transfer, and movement quality across the entire body. This course shows how Charlie evaluates and trains the foot using the T=R™ model. You will study how the foot affects joint behavior, pressure, gait, and performance demands, and how these ideas guide practical decisions.

The library of all T=R™ Products
The T=R™ seminars drastically influenced how many professionals think about linking rehab and performance. These recordings have been used in clinics, gyms, and universities for years because the principles still help people understand movement and make better decisions.
The footage reflects the time it was filmed, but the ideas continue to be applied in real settings. These products remain a valuable resource for anyone seeking more profound insight into the T=R™ model.
Includes 8 Products:
• T=R1
• T=R2
• T=R3
• T=R: ACL In Action
• T=R: Kettlebells
• T=R: EPP (Elite Performer Program)
• T=R: Breathing
• T=R: The Shoulder
T=R products began because Charlie was asked to teach the highest level of trainers at Equinox how medical and fitness professionals could work together. The field did not have a shared structure or language for linking rehab and training. The first seminar was created to close that gap.
Charlie used every dollar he earned from that project to film the original T=R seminar (now referred to as ‘product’) in high definition. The ideas spread quickly because they came from his actual work with real people, not from hypothetical examples. The T=R product library continued to grow because the principles remain useful in both clinical and performance settings.
Charlie updates his thinking often and teaches professionals to adapt these principles to their own environment. The goal is not to follow a formula. It is to understand how decisions are made and how principles guide the process.
T=R™ does not provide step-by-step solutions. It’s the thinking model: the principles, the questions to ask, and the process that points you toward the right bucket of interventions, starting with first principles.
Prescriptions without proper evaluation are not reliable. T=R™ prioritizes principles that support better decisions, rather than plug-and-play answers that can fail often enough to create setbacks.
Repeated, intentional engagement is expected. Watch, take copious notes, apply the ideas to your context, rewatch with a deeper understanding of the principles, then apply the ideas in a different context.
The format comes from how these were originally taught, as in-person seminars. The recordings keep that seminar feel, even when the newer ones are done without an audience.
The thread through T=R™ products is first principles: what positions joints can actually achieve, what adaptive stress they can absorb, and then how to apply adaptation, overload, and the person’s goals into something coherent.
T=R™ is shaped by real work with real people, not just textbook ideas. That real-world track record is a differentiator, and it reinforces the need for context, iteration, and adjusting the first approach when it does not fit.
T=R™ is primarily train-the-trainer education for coaches, physical therapists, clinicians, and trainers who make decisions for others. It is not designed as a DIY product, though experienced learners may still benefit.
These recordings remain relevant, even those from over ten years ago, because they are based on principles that arguably last the test of time. We may have many ways to embody those principles through methods and techniques, but the principles stand out.
It can also be useful to watch how things were done. You might find that what’s old is now new again. Ultimately, there are many ways to get there, as long as we are following the same map.

The long-term goal is to become the best option for professionals looking to make their clients’ lives even better. That is the point, and that is why these products exist.
